Request deletion of your data

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of BlueFlé Precision Spray services, including information received through Facebook or other Meta products.

How to submit a request

Email info@bluefle.co.za with the subject Data deletion request. Include your full name, the email address or phone number connected to your account, and enough information for us to identify the relevant records. Please do not include passwords or other sensitive login information.

What happens next

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request. Once verified, we will delete or anonymise the relevant personal information unless we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or legitimate business record-keeping purposes. We will confirm when the request has been completed.
